Enjoy a lively community festival at Negishi Park（根岸公園 / Negishi Kōen, Traffic Park） and Negishi No.3 Park（根岸第3公園） with a variety of attractions: flea market, food stalls, bingo, stage performances, and a family-friendly Halloween costume contest.
