1) JAMSTEC Research Vessel “MIRAI” Retirement Commemorative Events

The oceanographic research vessel MIRAI, operated by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC), will conclude its 28-year mission and retire in December 2025. To mark this milestone, Yokosuka City and JAMSTEC will hold a symposium and a vessel open house.
