Cycle Rescue Taxi Yokosuka is conducted in cooperation with the Yokosuka branch of the Kanagawa Prefecture Taxi Association.

Five Rules for the Safe Use of Bicycles
1: Bicycles must only be ridden on the road.
Only in exceptional circumstances may cyclists ride on the pavement.
2: All vehicles must drive on the left side of the road
3: Pedestrians have priority on the pavement.
Cyclists must slow down near the roadway.
4: Everyone must follow safety rules
・Drinking and driving/riding is prohibited
Riding two abreast is not allowed
・Cycles must use lights at night or in poor weather
・Traffic signals at intersections must be obeyed
Everyone should stop and check for safe conditions
5: Children must wear helmets.
※Do not ride in groups.
※Pedestrians, cyclists, and cars should all respect one another
