Ashigakubo Valley International Fishing Ground is a fishing spot that makes use of a natural mountain stream.
Located in the mountains of Yokoze yet only about two hours by train from central Tokyo, it is a convenient place to enjoy the great outdoors on a day trip.

In addition to fishing in the clear river, visitors can also enjoy barbecues on the riverbank, making this a popular leisure spot for families and groups who want to spend a relaxed day by the water.

Transportation: [By train]
From Ikebukuro Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, take a Limited Express train to Hannō (about 45 minutes), then a local train to Ashigakubo (about 45 minutes).
From Ashigakubo Station, it is about 20 minutes on foot.

[By car]
From central Tokyo, access via National Route 17 and Route 140 through Kumagaya and Chichibu, then Route 299.
Alternatively, from Hanazono IC or Tsurugashima IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, follow signs toward Chichibu and Route 299.
