The stone monument of the dutiful daughter, Ima, is located right around the corner from the former Shimoichi-kaido Road on the street heading to Izanagi Jinja Shrine.
The dutiful daughter, Ima, was a person in the Edo period (1603-1868) who is said to have dedicated her life to helping her sickly father.
The stone monument honors her dutifulness.
