A long-standing soy sauce store established in 1889.
While maintaining its pride to a traditional manufacturing method that has lasted for more than 100 years, it has a rich lineup of products that meet the needs of the current generation.
In addition, the store has evolved into a completely new soy sauce store (even with its long history) by manufacturing soy sauce using black beans which are a specialty of Sango Town, and also by remodeling the store to allow customers to experience traditional brewing.
