Bukeyashiki-Dori (Samurai Residence Street)
In 1559, the first lord of the Hizen Omura Clan, Yoshiaki Omura, built Kushima Castle, and five samurai residences along with it.
Honkoji, a trail that leads to the main gate of Kushima Castle, is lined with Omura family and clan facilities.
In addition, the "Uwa Koji," "Kosho Koji," "Kusaba Koji," and "Hokaura Koji" remain, and the Omura region's unique "Goshiki Fences," made of colorful sea stones, can be found in some places throughout the alleys.
