Enjoy Handmade Udon in a Traditional Japanese-Style House
This establishment is known for its handmade udon, a signature dish of Tokigawa. The udon is made with Saitama-grown wheat flour and kneaded by local mothers, and is so popular that the restaurant fills up quickly on weekends.
The building is a traditional Japanese-style house over 100 years old that was relocated to this site. The second floor is used as a gallery, where handicrafts and other items are occasionally displayed and sold.
