About the Event

As part of the Yokosuka e-Sports Project, the “eSports Experience Vol. 3” returns to the Yokosuka Curry Festival 2025 on May 17 (Sat) and 18 (Sun). Building on the success of last year’s event, this year’s experience expands with two featured areas:

⚫︎ Beginner’s Zone: First-Time Street Fighter 6
⚫︎ VS Guest! Hardcore Battle Zone

Thanks to the support of Capcom, exciting prizes will also be available for participants. Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a competitive player, everyone is welcome!

🎮 Play Title: Street Fighter 6

Experience the latest installment in Capcom’s iconic fighting game franchise, Street Fighter, now in its 6th edition with over 35 years of history. With cutting-edge gameplay mechanics and advanced visuals, this title is a staple in global eSports.

⚫︎ All demo machines use the Steam version on gaming PCs
⚫︎ Standard gamepads provided
⚫︎ You may bring your own controller, but compatibility is not guaranteed in offline settings
⚫︎ Ultimate Pass for both Year 1 and Year 2 characters is installed

🕹️ Beginner’s Zone: First-Time Street Fighter 6

New to fighting games? No worries! In this corner, you can play while staff explain the controls step by step. Join with friends or family and enjoy your first eSports experience.

No pre-registration required. On-site entry available.
May require waiting during busy times. Viewing is welcome anytime.
Recommended control type: Modern, but any type can be selected.

1 Yokosuka Navy Curry snack

⚔️ VS Guest! Hardcore Battle Zone

Challenge professional-level players and test your skills! Beat a guest and enter the Prize Lottery Challenge for a chance to win deluxe prizes.

⚫︎ Entry via numbered tickets (distributed 10 minutes before each session)
⚫︎ Distribution at event space (CORSOCA Bayside 3F)
⚫︎ No ticket required to spectate
⚫︎ Time permitting, walk-in play may be accepted (follow official X @yokosukaesports for real-time updates)

🎁 Prize Lottery (1 draw per win):

⚫︎ A Prize: Street Fighter 6 “Terry” T-shirt
Win rate increases depending on guest difficulty
⚫︎ B Prize: Yokosuka Navy Curry Beef (retort-pack)
⚫︎ C Prize: Yokosuka e-Sports Original “Steam Eye Mask”
Each participant may win A Prize only once per day. Subsequent wins will earn B Prize instead. Limited quantities.

Note: Certain guest battles—like those with Hamashika and Yuka Kuramochi—offer a higher chance to win the A Prize.

You may participate multiple times, but prizes are limited to 1 set per person per day.

Guest battles are first-come, first-served via same-day tickets.

Bring your own controller if preferred (PC-compatible only; offline use may not guarantee functionality).

Event will be held even in rain or if the Curry Festival is canceled.
