Minami Shinshu Beer
Komagatake Brewery producing Mimami Shinshu Beer is situated within the premises of the factory for Mars whiskey (Mars Shinshu Distillery of Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd.), which is located at the foot of Mt. Komagatake of the Central Alps at an altitude of 800 meters.
The brewery produces various ale-type beer using good quality underground water that abundantly contains meltwater from the Alps, which is pumped up from 120 meters below ground.
