Miyada Wine "Shiki"

"Shiki" - a specialty wine of Miyada-mura - is made from 100% "Yamasauvignon," a hybrid variety of "wild vide" and "Cabernet Sauvignon."
You can fully enjoy an acidic taste unique to wild wine and a fruity taste deriving from Cabernet.
The wine contains much "polyphenol" with antioxidant effect and "organic acid" with digestion promotion effect. In the village, the "toasting with wine" ordinance has been enacted.
The ordinance requests people in the village to start any banquet from the toasting with wine made in Miyada and aims to spread the wine culture and bring the 6th industry to a successful end.
