The “Shojin Ryori” is a dish originally meant for Zen monks in which seasonal vegetables and seaweed are resourcefully cooked, and no meat from any animals, including fish are used as ingredients.
If you wish to try the “Shojin Ryori, you need to make a reservation at least one month in advance.
It is limited to groups of 5 people or more, and there are four types of dishes: the price per person is 1,500 yen, 2,000 yen, 3,000 yen, or 5,000 yen.
