Shikabe Tarako Tendon


A tendon dish made with "Shikabe Tarako," a specialty product of Shikabe-cho.
In addition to tarako, the dish includes skewered salmon, scallops, and fried squid heads, and is topped with sweet simmered kelp. All ingredients, including the tarako, are sourced from Shikabe. The set meal also includes soup made with locally-sourced tororo kelp.

This tendon is the second locally-sourced specialty dish developed jointly by the town and the restaurant.
