Soninowa Kitchen "Katte"

A factory where agricultural products used to be processed to produce soy sauce-simmered butterbur and mulberry juice was renovated to complete a shared kitchen with a manufacturing license.
Local residents, such as farmers and migrants, gather to casually take on the challenge of developing and manufacturing products.
It also has a shared room where you can learn about the local cuisine and manufacturing of processed items that are unique to the village through workshops and a shop room where visitors can purchase goods.
It aims to be a hub for exchange where people can connect with each other through food.
"Soninowa Marche," the market of agricultural products, is also held every Wednesday.
