Sake Storage Cave

This cave has the remnants of an underground factory which was half-way constructed during the end of World War II and is now being used as a brewery for aging sake.
The Sake Storage Cave is made up of three vertical shafts with a height and width of 3.5m and five horizontal shafts connecting them, with an overall length of approximately 600m.
The temperature inside the brewery stays at an average of 10°C throughout the year, making it ideal for aging sake.

The aged sake is also available in the Owner's Bottle system, and New Year Bottle system which can be used for celebrations and gifts.

In addition, you can enjoy an unusual experience through a tour inside the sake brewery which is also used for local events, so please try it out.
