The Yokosuka Curry Festival 2024 is packed with exciting programs!

1. “Curry Town Yokosuka” Area: All-You-Can-Eat Buffet

Purchase curry tickets (set of 4 tickets for ¥1,000 or set of 7 tickets for ¥1,500), exchange them for your favorite curry dishes at the “Curry Town Yokosuka” Area (excluding souvenir shops). Gather your favorite curries and enjoy!

2. Yokosuka Curry Bread Festival 2024: Limited to 1,000 sets per day

Available for ¥900, enjoy a special set of 4 curry breads including the Yokosuka Navy Curry Bread and various curry bread specialties from local shops!

3. A Gathering of Unique Curries from Across Japan

Enjoy unique curries from all over Japan, including those from sister cities and cities with cultural exchanges!

4. Revived After 5 Years: Japan Nationwide Local Curry Grand Prix!

From curries across Japan, visitors will determine the Grand Prix winner through their votes. After enjoying the curry, evaluate it based on taste, presentation, and overall impression, and then cast your vote into the designated box.

Voting tickets will be provided when purchasing eligible products at participating stores in the “Japan Nationwide Curry” Area. Evaluation options include “Excellent”, “Good”, and “Average”.

5. “Curry Town Yokosuka” Area: Stamp Rally

Collect stamps in the “Curry Town Yokosuka” Area to win prizes (1 stamp for ¥500).
*The number of prizes is limited.

A grand gathering of curry shops from the Maritime Self-Defense Force in Kure, Sasebo, Maizuru, and Ominato!

By walk

15 minutes on foot from Yokosuka Chuo Station (Keikyu Line).

By Bus

Take a bus from JR Yokosuka Station to the Mikasa Koen Iriguchi bus stop.
*Please note that parking at Mikasa Park will not be available on the day of the event (excluding welfare vehicles, etc.).

Note

If you are arriving by car, please use nearby parking lots.
(For those using the “Pipo320” parking lot, we will provide a ¥200 service voucher at the event headquarters. Please note that the quantity of service vouchers is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.)
