Echigozakura Sake Brewery
A sake brewery that has been in business since 1890.
The brewery underwent a complete remodeling in 2009, and was reborn in a more modern style.
The new design incorporates machinery in various spots in order to create large amounts of sake with just a small team of brewers.
A virtual tour of the brewery is available, which includes the areas that only the brewing team are allowed to enter, so you can see how the sake is made as if you were right there yourself.
