SUIJINEN Kaiseki meals using seasonal ingredients can be enjoyed.

SUIJINE, The best place to spend a relaxing time with important people.

At SUIJINEN, you can relish kaiseki cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
The Japanese garden in which you can enjoy seasonal scenery is attractive.
The garden view tables on the first floor and the tables in a comfortable private room on the second floor are available.
“Kampo wagyu,” healthy Japanese beef, is popular with those who love meat.
A wide variety of Japanese sake selected by sake sommeliers can also be enjoyed.
Only customers with a table reservation after 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays can have a meal with their pets at the tables on the first floor.
A menu for dogs – a unique feature of SUIJINEN - is also available.

“Kobachi (small ball)”, “Kuchitori (hors d’oeuvres)”, “Tsukuri (raw fish)”, “Yakimono (grilled dish)”, “Nimono (cooked dish)”, “Agemono (fried dish)”, “Chawanmushi (a custard-like egg and vegetable dish steamed in a cup)”, “Seasonal rice or Jindaiji soba”, “Sweets”

Meals carefully made with seasonable ingredients and hospitality.
Healthy Japanese cuisine elaborately created so that yakuzen (Chinese herbal medicine dishes) can be relished. Lunch-only special menus are also available at good prices.
The method of making “soba tsuyu (sauce)” is a trade secret of SUIJIN. The soba sauce goes best with both “nihachi soba” that goes down smoothly and “juwari soba” that provides a flavor and sweetness of soba.
In principle, a set menu of “nihachi soba” and that of “Juwari soba” are served at lunch time and dinner time, respectively. However, “nihachi soba” can also be ordered at dinner time, either.
