Tateyama Aburi Kaisen-don (Broiled seafood and rice bowl)

Tateyama City, located at the southern tip of the Boso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture, is not only known as a "fishing town" where abundant seafood is caught throughout the year but also as a "vegetable town", "rice town", "fruit town" and "flower town."

To promote this through the lens of "food", the new OMOTENASHI local gourmet, the "Tateyama Flame-Grilled Seafood Rice Bowl," has been developed, emphasizing local ingredients.
This rice bowl features a special three-tiered bento box with layers of "seafood" (first tier), "vegetables" (second tier), and "nigiri sushi" (third tier) arranged from top to bottom, presenting a completely new seafood rice bowl experience that you have never seen or tasted before.
Additionally, it comes with soup and a post-meal beverage.

This dish is available at four dining establishments or accommodations within the city, with limited servings.
To ensure availability, we recommend making a reservation in advance!
