This brewery was founded in 1863 at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868) as a Japanese Sake Brewery.
A high-quality sake “Tamajiman” is hand made by the brewers in a traditionary way.
Ishikawa Brewery is a historic brewery with six buildings designated as national tangible cultural properties. Currently, the brewery also makes craft beers “Tama-no-Megumi” and “TOKYO BLUES.”
On the premise, it is possible to freely walk in and out of the direct sales shop, an Italian restaurant “Fussa no Birugoya,” and “SAKE・BEER・OMUSUBI ‘ZOUGURA,’” but reservation is required for several guided tours to see sake breweries.

※Shops and restaurant are closed on Tuesdays.
