Minobu Yuba-no-Sato Toyooka

It is believed that Yuba (dried bean curd) of Minobu dates back to the time when disciples of Nichiren Shonin served it to him as an essential nutrient for their master and it has been passed on to the present day.
With the history of 700 years, yuba has become an ingredient indispensable for Shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian food).
