SUZUME-NO-OYADO: Recommended soba menus

Jindaiji SUZUME-NO-OYADO’s soba noodles have a satisfying texture and a sensation as if to just slide down the throat.
A secret-recipe tsuyu soup is used to add flavor to the delicious soba. The tsuyu is made using an original method that brings out the taste of the bonito broth.
The skilled soba artisans who make the dishes carefully select not only the best ingredients but also the water, believing that “what is delicious must also be good for the health.”
The alkaline water used here is not only healthy but also brings out the flavor of soba.

○ Tenzaru soba 1,700 yen

“Tenzaru soba” is a popular menu item combining soba with delectable tempera that are made by frying carefully-selected ingredients in an original blend of oil.

○ Kinoko soba 1,200 yen
“Kinoko soba” is SUZUME-NO-OYADO’s highly-recommended soba dish that uses mushrooms such as hen-of-the-woods, shimeji mushrooms, and French horn mushrooms that are carefully boiled and seasoned by the soba artisans.

SUZUME-NO-OYADO is also proud of the coffee and sweets it offers.
The “kuzumochi,” made of select ingredients, is a popular treat that uses brown sugar syrup and kinako (roasted soybean flour) for a simple but elegant sweetness.
